First thing first - though you may not know it - Patrick Star has the third most appearances on SpongeBob SquarePants. Which is kind of unbelievable for me because I thought he got it first. But anyway, he had a total of 266 appearances behind Squidward with 288.
Okay. To begin with, let us discuss Patrick's appearance.
Patrick Star is a pink starfish (obviously). He usually wears lime green pants with lavender flowers on them. On the movie, he reveals that he has a Goofy Goober underwear, which he wore for three straight years. He has a pointy head along with thick eyebrows. He can occasionally have a one tooth overbite. He is somewhat obese due to his love of Krabby Patties, ice cream and many other junk foods. He has pink skin with dots across his body.
Now let's go beyond the obvious, let me tell you things you haven't known about him yet.
According to his driver's license, Patrick is born on February 26. He has an elder sister named Sam. She appeared on one episode which is "Big Sister Sam". Unlike other main characters of the series, Patrick lacks a nose that's why he generally cannot smell.
Patrick seems to detect malice and sarcasm more than SpongeBob, indicating that he is more attentive or emotionally connected than other characters.
This maybe one of the biggest revelations, but Patrick and Gary are cousins! On the season four episode "Rule of Dumb", Gary's father Sluggo is Patrick's uncle.
Patrick's potrayal is known as unintelligent, undermanned, and generally ignorant. But though this is the case, Patrick got his own driver's license and is a good boat driver compared to SpongeBob who failed it for the 1, 258, 058th time. (according to the episode "Mrs Puff You're Fired")
