Krusty Krab

The most popular restaurant in the Bikini Bottom, where SpongeBob and Squidward works is no other than the KRUSTY KRAB! It is owned and managed by Eugene H. Krabs, a person who loves money so much. He is openly concerned only with making money and because of this, he pays his employees very cheaply and sells his food for expensive prices.

The reason why this restaurant is very popular is because of Krabby Patty, a burger with a very controversial recipe. But aside from the Krusty Krab's signature dish, the restaurant also offers typical fast food products such as French fries, sodas and underwater foods like Coral Bits and Kelp Rings. If you have noticed on the show, all of these items is listed on the restaurant's menu called the Galley Grub.

But don't you know that the Krusty Krab resembles an old New England lobster trap? It actually is. The original owners of the place might found the trap lying at the bottom of the ocean, fixed it up and turned it into a building. On the other hand, Mr. Krabs founded the restaurant after he retire from piracy funded from the money he got after he sold his ship.

Here are some things you may not notice while inside the Krusty Krab.

1. In one scene where SpongeBob washes his hands in the Krusty Krab kitchen, there is a poster that says "Please wash your fins."

2. In a few episodes, the grill is in the back of the kitchen, rather than the front. It was once seen on the side.

3. According to one series (SpongeBob Moves In!), The Chem Bucket and the Krusty Krab were opened on the same day.
